Reseller Accounts #

The accounts section of the portal provides access to view and manage all the resellers who have been provisioned to use the system. New resellers can also be provisioned through the same user interface.

Reseller Overview #

The reseller grid provides visibility of all reseller accounts that have been provisioned. By default, resellers are listed in alphabetical order. This order can be changed by clicking on a field header (click twice to reverse the sort order).

The search bar can be used to quickly locate a specific reseller record. Any of the fields visible can be searched and only a partial match is required to filter down the resellers that are displayed.

Reseller Grid #

Field Description
Reseller Name The name given to the reseller's account, usually the company name.
Date Created The data the reseller's account was first created.
Status The current status of the reseller (see the next section for details on status).
Reference A configurable reference number that can be freely used to identify the reseller (used in billing).

Reseller Status #

The table below provides an overview of the possible 'Status' of a reseller account:

Status Description
Active The account is currently enabled and operational.
Disabled Access to the account has been disabled. Reseller user access is not allowed but call data is still being logged for the reseller's customers.
Terminated The account has been terminated and is no longer in use.
